Nadeen has responsibility for driving the digital transformation across the NCB Group of Companies and leads the Group's Marketing and Communications and Enterprise Information Management functions. Her role as CEO of the NCB Foundation involves direct executive responsibility for the operations and execution of various Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives undertaken by the NCB Group, through the N.C.B Foundation.

Her earlier work experience includes duties as Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, Atlanta Georgia and Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in New York.

Nadeen completed her MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and graduated cum laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics.

Mrs. Ricketts joined National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) in January 2008. She is charged with providing strategic direction and oversight of the internal audit activities for the NCB Group. Her role facilitates transparency of the Bank's operations through independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes and the internal control environment.

With 14 years of internal and external audit experience to her credit, Mrs. Ricketts is a seasoned auditor.

She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with The Institute of Internal Auditors, USA, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (FCA).

Prior to joining NCB, Mrs. Ricketts held the post of Senior Audit Manager at The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she held the position of Senior Accountant at the time of her departure.

Mr. Euton Cummings is Head of Group Human Resources and Facilities Division (GHRFD) of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.  He has served the organization for the past 16 years and possesses over 27 years’ experience in the Human Resources field.  Euton holds an M.Sc. Computer Based Management Information System and a B.Sc. Accounting (Major) Management Studies (Major) from the University of the West Indies.

As the Head of GHRFD, his core mandates are the development and direction of strategies for the effective and efficient management of the human capital of the NCB Group in keeping with the organisation's strategic direction, the establishment and maintenance of a Talent Portfolio Framework to facilitate talent acquisition, engagement, development, deployment, rotation and workforce planning and to position the HR function of NCB Group as a strategic driver in order to create a work environment conducive to high levels of employee productivity, engagement and customer service excellence.

He also has overall responsibility for the Facilities provisioning for the Group and is a member of the Compensation Committee of NCB Insurance Company Limited and NCB Capital Markets Limited.
