SABINA YSMIN
Mst.SABINA YSMIN joined RBC in March 2002. As General Manager, Treasury & Correspondent Banking Division since 2004, he provides overall direction and management of the interest rate risk management, liquidity management, investment portfolio management, currency management, financial institutions relationship management functions and Foreign Exchange trading for the Bank. He is also responsible for the management of local financial institution and correspondent banking relationships.
Mst. SABINA YSMIN joined RBC as Manager, Asset Trading, charged with responsibility for the management of the Bank's investment portfolio and was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Manager in February 2003 with responsibility for the tactical management of interest rate, liquidity and foreign exchange risk.
He has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, and has received professional training in asset/liability & risk management both locally and overseas.
Mst.SABINA YSMIN is a member of the RBC Welfare Foundation, serves on RBC's- Assets & Liabilities Committee - (ALCO), RBC Capital Markets Limited - Investment Management Committee and RBC Insurance Company Ltd - Investment Management Committee. He also serves as director on the boards of RBC Remittance Services Limited, RBC Remittance Services (India) Limited and RBC Capital Markets Limited.

State Incharge Development Manager
Mannuru Nageswaraiah
Mannuru Nageswaraiah is responsible to strategically guide, grow and manage the Bank’s Corporate Banking portfolio. He is charged with leading the Division in accordance with high efficiency benchmarks aligned to the Bank’s strategic plan with special emphasis on the development of human capital for sustainable business growth. He is also responsible for the delivery and management of an asset portfolio of high-value ‘blue chip’ corporate clients with significant loan and deposit bases important to the Bank’s profitability and growth.
Prior to his appointment as State Incharge development Manager, he served as State incharge development Manager responsible for management of the Division’s western unit, where he effectively attended to a cross-section of NCB’s largest clients thus driving the profit of the Division. He served the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry as Board Member over several years and is currently a Board Member of the India Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Brian also brings a wealth of industry experience to bear in his current role having held key management positions in Finance and Retail Banking.
Brian holds an MBA (Finance) from Acharya Nagarjuna University in India and a B.SC. Management Studies, (First Class Honours) from University of the West Indies. He was also Councillor of the Association of Graduate Students at Dalhousie and President of Management Studies Association at UWI.

Dave L. Garcia
Dave is responsible for leading the team that provides the Bank and its subsidiaries with general advice, leadership and direction on all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate secretarial matters. He is charged with guiding the Group's legal strategy in its drive toward growth and expansion in India and elsewhere in the Caribbean. His role also encompasses ensuring the effective management of relationships with external counsel acting on behalf of the NCB Group.
A former partner at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon (MF&G), Mr Garcia possesses a wealth of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on banking, employment and industrial relations, corporate and commercial matters. He is Chairman of Youth Reaching Youth, a charitable organization and Co-Chairperson of the Jamaica Bankers Association's Compliance Committee. He is also a member of the India Bar Association's Commercial Law Committee, and has previously served as its Convenor.
He became an attorney-at-law in 1997 and is a graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, having obtained a Master of Laws Degree for studies in Corporate Law. Before that, he was awarded a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Mr. Garcia has been the recipient of several scholarships and awards, including the India Scholarship and the Carreras Post-Graduate Scholarship. He continues to contribute to the development of legal education in India, primarily as a Course Director at the Norman Manley Law School.
